What is my risk of a heart attack?

I know it sounds silly, but I just need peace of mind. For the past 2 months or so I had serious concerns, especially about my health. I have 20 and I had deficiency of antithrombin III and 17 – this was one of the main causes of my anxiety. Tensness received, the tightness in the chest, neck and pain. Basically all the symptoms can be anxiety, but I can not remove it could be something more serious. Please do not google your answer (Who has done). But if you have any advice or good brain food, or just want to tell me to stop worrying and .. O me that women my age are not most likely have a heart attack: p Please let me know what you think:) Thanks! Cristina

Hi Cristina, There seems silly at all, are obviously very concerned and will not help. Why did you sit with this for two months, please go and have a chat with your doctor to ease your mind. If you have income you can go for health check. But it is much less expensive and more positive would be to go out every day in fresh air, a pretty good diet. and make sure you have time to play. adopt a new sport, hobby or interest, and make a rule to talk to one person each day to make a better day. remove all negative thoughts, what begins as a task becomes a habit and eventually you find that you can do all the above and I feel much better.
