Have a drug like Zoloft or some other SSRIs help with my anxiety and Panic Attacks versus klonopin?

Hello! I panic disorder. I am currently taking Klonopin PRN, but it end up like me most days a week … so instead of taking a benzo every day I prefer to take an SSRI like Zoloft. I am aware that taking drugs is a last resort (it took me a year to succumb to them), but I am only one place in my life where I can not stand it anymore. Sorry, but I'm not looking for anything I say to try the drug route no. And see a psychologist, exercise, exposed to the things that make me panic that used to meditate practicing yoga, and more. Even with all this, I'm still so panicked all the time all my hair falls out and I am a student …. so I need some thing that will help me to be able to actually sit in my classes and not having a panic attack. SSRIs such as Zoloft would be a help? I appreciate your time.

I'm on citalopram and I help. I have yet Xanax for panic attacks, but I'm much less likely to have all the SSRIs. Note that the realization of the right of SSRI has a trace and error, however.
