Anxiety attacks before going to sleep?
I had a strange bit of anxiety just before bedtime with sleep. I always had anxiety, but not when I fell asleep. I'm another healthy women 23 years and just graduated college two months ago, and I am currently seeking employment. It's really the only thing I'm semi-stressed. Since I do not work, I have no insurance, when visiting a doctor is out of question for now. Anyone know what it is, and what I can do to help in the meantime? Well, I was diagnosed with panic disorder as a teenager, but had not had an attack like me. In order to emphasize in the unemployment rate a / b, I thought I'd stop worrying about it as I did. I have not been emphasizing it a lot …. Or so I thought.
I know exactly what is happening. I always knew I had anxiety, but one night when I went to bed, I began to feel strange. My heart beats well and I was trembling and weak. My husband had to take the car. He had nausea and felt like I was spinning. I thought it was a heart attack. The emergency physician I said I was a full blown Panic Attacks. He said most of the time the night is when you have it. Even if you are ready to sleep, his mind is still ongoing. I started with Paxil before 4 days and I think the Paxil brought to a head. I Zoloft and passed it works wonders. It has really helped a lot. Things that before me concerned, not more. I was in it from 2-1/2 years and then I remove it. I have been so ever since. Mine started about four months before my wedding. I hope this will help. Try taking a warm bath before bedtime. I do not know if you meditate, but sometimes do this just before bed can help too. Good luck.
