Homeopathic remedies for dogs? Do they work?

I put my German shepherd in a natural remedy for anxiety and others for their heart. I researched online and found many different types, but I want to know what works before you buy. If Please help! Thanks Tammy I did take her to the vet and has a heart murmur. I also know that anxiety stems from what the owner of 3 and she is only 2 years old. Veterinarians also recommend homeopathic remedies for pet owners, so the theory that only works Pharm drugs is ridiculous.

My GSD does not like thunder. For calm, I give Rescue Remedy advice from a breeder and trainer of over 350 liters of working GSDs. He works for his own good but do not know if that would be suitable as long-term treatment.
