
My question is about weight loss and anxiety.?
I just lost about 8 kilos in the last 3-4 weeks. I watched my diet and I'm happy with my progress. What worries me is the feeling that I started to look for food. Sometimes when it's time to eat, I can not eat. I feel anguish. I know I have to eat to maintain my metabolism going and energy and this is the only reason to eat sometimes. I have higher levels of anxiety and stress at the moment and I wonder if this could be the cause of these feelings. I'm concerned, it could become a problem. I have 35 years and I have about 50 pounds to lose. I'm just might turn into something more serious.
