What were the most severe withdrawal symptoms when quitting smoking?

I have some severe withdrawal symptoms in my own license, palpitations, tingling, numbness Sesat / in the feet and legs, chest tightness / flu-like and anxiety. Some symptoms last weeks more than others. Thanks in advance!

Worse for me was really want to smoke all the time. In terms of side effects, I had some pain little muscle and stomach upset. The palpitations that come and go.
