
What are some tips on how to deal with anxiety?
Sometimes I'm so anxious to just get angry and become very short with people around me. Other times, I am so angry I just want to throw things. Once I pulled my Blackberry out the window of my car. I tried to tuition and books, but it seems that I always match against the same sense of anxiety. I do not know what to do and do not want to degrade. Suggestions?
