Stress can be good for you or can be bad for you. There are both positive and negative stressors in life. Good or positive stress can be things like a vacation, put in a match, a close baseball game, watch a time to get married, a job interview or winning a lottery. All of the above can cause stress, but usually get feelings of increased energy and excitement. Good Stress can help to get the bomb and your creativity in motion. Some stress is healthy and necessary.
All everyone has a different threshold For Stress. A person may react very differently to the same situation as others.
