Best self-help books?
What self-help books would you recommend to address various issues: depression, self esteem, anxiety, abuse, etc, or would have done more?
I think M Scott Peck "The Road Less Traveled" is great to gain understanding of various aspects, including what love is and is not a profound way. Susie Orbach also believe that "what is really going on here?" is excellent in many subjects including anger, stress, jealousy, all were covered in the articles he wrote for The Guardian, this book contains. Kim McMillen "When I heart enough" is excellent in on self-esteem and how their absence impacts. If you put things off and have difficulty getting along with life, Andrea Perry is "no time? Is great. And finally – for true self-help, really help you get through things and find a way to be more fully yourself, I can not praise enough Julia Cameron "The way the artist."
