Everyone eats everyone has an opinion about food. But if health is the goal, mere opinion does not count, or mode or rule majority.
Most people think that the average diet of cooking on the base of the pyramid of official food is very good. Others feed on especially fast food. Others advocate veganism (only plant foods), or lacto-ova vegetarian (milk and egg plants). Anyone can make claims on behalf of their beliefs. You can cite examples of people who have escaped the disease and live longer.
