How to eliminate stress, no meditation or yoga?

I am a Christian, despite what many of you say, I feel meditation yoga and conflicts with my faith (do not declare that it does work.) But we also need to find ways to eliminate stress. What are the things I help? Begin to develop symptoms of anxiety, and my chest has a tendency to feel closer to time, so I can not breathe well. I will try anything .. exercise (walking), doing something I love and I'm good, sitting under a tree, nothing … except in meditation and yoga. Are there any herbs or medicines that are not difficult of my body that I like or enjoyed in the past?

I found a good hot shower and a leg support, you should focus on the trigger, not to meditate on it, but sitting on the couch while watching something you like and just touch your toes. Even 2 3 minutes using.
