Jesus lived a voltage enormous pressure, but does not seem to disturb peace of mind. Despite the opposition, the constant demand and little privacy, his life reflected a calm sense of balance.

If you want to be doing the opposite of what Jesus did.

Do not try to know who are. Try someone who is not true. This gives a lot of stress. Jesus, however, has told people he was eighteen times.

2. angry with you. Jesus never let the fear of handling rejection. No one can pressure you without your permission.

3. Wing it. Do not worry for details. (John 12:27)

You can not chase two hares at the same time! Jesus knew how to handle interruptions because others are a pain to get on the road. (Mark 3:14)

We get tense when we feel that everything depends on us. Jesus enlisted twelve disciples. Do not try to be perfect, or the fear that others can not make a pretty good job, their ability to involve others in the task.

matter how busy Jesus got, he took the time to be alone to pray. A daily prayer time is a Stress Reducer. Use this time to talk to God about your pressures and problems. Through reading your Bible that will evaluate your priorities, and discover a peaceful life.
