Kava tea is dangerous nutmeg and duration of effect?

Me and my friends are planning kava tea nut meg in a couple of days for obvious reasons * *. I wondered how long the effects would last a person drank kava tea from nutmeg, kava tea 4 bags of relief normal stress to 5 below boiling up whole nutmeg.
