High Stress job that pays more or a little Stress At Work, pay less for a 16?

I work as a cashier for a year. I paid $ 7.75 / [h is an increase next month, perhaps, 25 -, 50 cents more ..] but it is very stressful. Long lines worked shifts of 8 hours.
