All right. I have anxiety, panic attacks, like every day now. I worry about everything. Drive my car I'm stressed, I'm always paranoid about anything ever. My chest is all hot is like a tightning in my chest. I am very dizzy and lightheaded. Like this morning, I went to my doctor and my vision blurred and all I almost fainted. I go crazy. I am very worried all the time. I used to have like 9 hours of sleep night, and now if I have luck, I can sleep 5 or 6 hours. I can not sleep. I wake up late at night. Every little noise in my house, and I freak out. I need help coping that. As I'm having a heart attack, the other day with chest pain. And I have 22 and what is crazy. I have to solve this problem. And yes, my life is over beyond the stress, I stressed too easily and I need advice to handle my chaos.
