Is there a way to prevent schizophrenia?
I have long known that my uncle was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. And now recently I discovered that some members of my family have had Panic Attacks and other minor mental health. With my family, it all started when they were between 21 to 25. I have 19 years. I fear that I am now complete and capable young woman, maybe not, I have 4 years down the road. If this is genetic, is there a way to prevent problems way mental health? Is there any way to detect lies ahead?

Not everyone had the same mental illness and not everyone has a mental illness that was in his family, I'm sure.
