Strange feeling after the panic attack?
Just over a month i was smoking pot in the bathroom with a few friends, then not smoking for a month and I fainted while having a panic attack. The next day, I felt pretty good until Monday at school, I'm 16, I had a kind of dizziness and felt really weird after. Since then, I had several Panic Attacks. I went to the doctor and he told me this weird feeling is normal afterwards, but last week since I've seen the doctor and going again. They usually have these panic attacks at night. Also I have these huge mood swings, bad feeling good when I'm doing something like hockey or video games, then when I start thinking and worrying about what happened, I began to feel very strange, confused, on the edge, not really the type of disconnection. What should I do? On the other hand, Ive several panic attacks a half when I was much younger, but he did not. It was as if everything has become more and is rather small, and it felt like that when I closed my eyes.
It appears that you have a panic disorder, which is a type of anxiety. The best thing do is find a psychologist or therapist to talk to, and focus on some anxiety. Meditation also helps. And probably quit marijuana)
