Stress is the shape of your body to respond to any type of application. It can be caused by good or bad experiences. When people feel stressed by something going on around you, your body reacts by releasing chemicals in the blood. These chemicals give people more energy and strength, which may be a good thing if the stress is caused by a physical danger. But it can also be a bad thing if your stress level is a response to something emotional and there is no exit this excess energy and strength.
