Why are my breasts as they are full of milk?

I'm not pregnant (confirmed), but my breasts feel like they are filled with fluid and my period is late. I know this is not stress because stress does not cause breast abnormalities. I heard that it may be prolactin levels, but how is? And if not that, what else could it be? My breasts are not leaking any fluid. They feel full of fluid. Near the water-balloon, etc..

It could be a hormonal change. If you are not pregnant should not be present all the milk. Your breasts may be growing and so they feel full. If you do not change in a few days or not even started to secrete fluid that would see your doctor.
