In a recent study from McGill University, Habits of Mind 23 employees hired from a telemarketing call center to play one of their games, that is to click on the smiling face of the frowning faces on a screen as quickly as possible. The new findings appear in the October issue of the Journal American Association of Psychology and Social Personality Psychology.
