What other ways I can ease my anxiety?

I was meditating and doing deep muscle relaxation techniques recently. What other ways I can ease my anxiety (social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, agoraphobia)?

U can do much more of this type of anxiety. HERE is ur place 1.Woke suggestions ——- 4 am and after upgrading urself take a banana and go at a trot. Jogging for at least an hour after returning home to take a short bath. 2.Next or pray to God in a meditation to open and meditation followed for at least an hour and after passing the tea ur daily routine. 3. Eat healthy foods and maintain a routine life. 4. At one point on a day off at least an hour to exercise and try to sleep during day for at least an hour. 5. Meditate again in the night and sobhashone bedtime for 30 minutes. Go to the practice of these for a month, and U is the result of heart and if you have any questions u can see a doctor or counselor for suggestions. Thank u for questioning. BYE.
