
I need help! Please! I do not want this exercise to be in vain?
A woman I am an ectomorph. I am assuming that the testosterone course through my veins when I drive. I just want more legs and buttocks that's it! I workout twice a week. It takes about an hour. I do 3 sets deadlifts, legpress, lunges, and calf (not sure it's real name is). Do I have to exercise the muscles too much in my days of training? Not as big .. I think .. I have been on average between 2400-3100cals. My BMR is around 1600. I am totally depressed, I have developed social phobia to the extent that outside the house I causes great anxiety and became a hermit. So you must understand how I'm desperate. Please answer this question, please.
Why believe that your work your legs? You really should try to get squats into your routine. A full range of motion of the dumbbell squats are great for the quads and glutes. Keep the dead weight, but you can take another day, maybe when you get back training.
