A betta button, a tumor or a parasite?
My male Betta a bump coming out pretty well below its lower jaw. Initially I thought it was keeping the mouth open .. very wide, but the second glance I saw two fish lips and the lump was still there. I believe, and I'm not sure to do a small white spot at the tip of the hump. I looked nitrite, nitrate and ammonia levels were well within normal ranges and my tank still clean enough. I do not know if I have parasites or not and am not sure if I should quarantine it or not. If I do, I might be putting too much stress and too much if I do not like my fish would infect others. Here is a picture that was taken today. Http: / / img.photobucket.com/albums/v355/xmistresslustx / IMG_4665.jpg
It could also be an accident, or (less likely), do not even speak (which looks like a white spot, which I guess is like a button!), which also is treated with Anti-parasite medication. I guess I treated as a parasite would be a good way to go, and then see if it gets better. Furano-2 or jungle parasite clear is the medicine well. If Hexamita (the cause of "Hole in the Head") and Furan 2-is the way forward, as it is easily absorbed by the body, and Allen is an internal parasite.

With the most common cat health questions, it is usually possible to answer some of them yourself if you gain a basic knowledge of their symptoms and learn to recognise them in your cat or kitten. This can also serve to reduce your stress and worry levels. If you understand that you do not always have to panic and fear the worst should you find your cat is unwell or injured.
