
Stress …?
They took me to the groups in stress management, anger management, dream, goal setting and self esteem. I said to a group defense mechanisms or to deal with difficult people or something. For the defense mechanisms, I have a lot of information but not ideas for an activity. All I can think of is maybe having to take an exam on the defense mechanisms that are healthy and unhealthy and fair review. Suggestions? Or is there some other stuff I can do with a creative activity and good?
