They say there is more than one way to skin a cat. True so when you start breaking your hair with all the frustration, pain, anxiety, stress and yes. 2. Avoid stress sneezing

Protect yourself by recognizing stress in others and limiting your contact with them. Or if you want, play stress doctor and teach them better manage themselves.

3. Learn from the best
When people are losing around his head, which keeps calm? What to do differently? What is your attitude? What language is used? Are they trained and experienced?

4. Practice socially acceptable heavy breathing

6. Know your trigger points and hot spots

Make your own list of stress trigger points or hot spots. Be specific. Is it only presentations to a certain audience that get hot? This is one project cause more stress than others? Did you drink too much coffee?

Knowing what causes stress is powerful information, you can take steps to make it less stressful. Need to learn new skills? Need additional resources? Is it necessary to switch to decaf?

7. Burning the candle at one end
The lack of sleep, poor diet and exercise cause havoc in our body and mind. Type obvious, but keep in mind that is often ignored as a stress management technique. Listen to your mother and not burning the candle at both ends!

So stress can be an obstacle in total, but this should not be an obstacle to finding inner peace of mind that we wanted for a long time. In any case, you can always go to the Bahamas and takes the sun under the summer sun.
