How Jason knows that both are useless is beyond me and the fish are not known. I recommend stress zyme layer with stress because they are made by the same company, are made to complement each other. Sorta like we are told to use the same brand of shampoo and conditioner. You need to add aquarium salt that replaces lost electrolytes. It comes in a small container the size of a milk carton individually. No one has ever talked until I read in a magazine of the fish.
