physical Symptoms Of Stress?
He wondered if the stress can be physical symptoms? I suffer a lot of stress and anxiety. If a few Panic Attacks in mid-year – Doc prescribed beta-blockers, but do not take me for the last 6 months or so I've been nausea, headaches, pain stomach, fatigue and a little dizzyness. I stretched a lot and the only time I always stress when I play football on Saturday. I've had urine tests, x-ray chest and spine (all different things) I worry constantly and wondered if perhaps the stress is causing this>? I have days when I'm fine, but do not worry when all these evils and the pain will return and then the ruins of the day with IM. Its reached the point where im switching between documents to surgery because I want a second opinion. It's hard for me to relax because I always feel threre something to do – which leads to a character in the short and longer stress. Any help with these symptoms, it would be greatly appreciated!
I mean, I'm certainly no doctor let me tell you right away haha. but personal experience (and when you say you play football) im guessing your around the same age as me, but I'm still summer and going through the same type of dealeo. Never it was said, but one day I was accused of plagiarism im one of my classes and I think all that has triggered something in my body and now every time I get anxious and nervous, I feel like Im going to vomit, I can not eat, my stomach hurt, etc, etc. So for me, I asked my doctor (who thought acid reflux, you may ask about it) but it was not. bc then thought of age, hormonal imbalances are very common for this age group. if you can or can not develop. first order its certainly not alone. I'm not saying that stress is the problem, but it seems very common with me, and I went through several tests and found nothing, only maaay in head. that's the best I can do haha.
