What do you use relaxation techniques?

I have a recertification test coming and although I know all I need to know never fails me midterm and my mind goes blank! What to do to overcome this fear?

In fact, two: prayer and rest. I agree with much of the information in my sleep, which means that things that seemed confused especially when he was awake.
