Work And Stress Journal

Harvard reference system, need help?

Can anyone help me understand this. Here are two quotes used by the Harvard system of reference. I'm stuck on "12 (1)" in the first citation and "112 (1)" in the second citation, what does this mean? Ndlovu, RS (1995) Stress At Work. Management Review, 12 (1), pp. 1-24. Ventura, J. (1997). Growth and interdependence. Quarterly Review of Management. 112 (1) pp. 57-84. So far, I know that is this: the initials of the author followed (if any) • Year of publication (in brackets) • Title of work: Book Title • • • ????? pages? a?. But I'm stuck on question 5 points. Does anyone know?

These are newspapers, and books. It goes "numbers (volume)" in magazines, so that the first paper number 12 (so probably 12 years has been in print), Volume 1 (the first printed volume that year.)
