What are some ideas For Stress management for students?

I'm going to college and working part time, and I'm stressed! Not to mention that the struggle with social anxiety, in addition to stress, which in turn increases anxiety. Stress is breaking the head and sometimes I feel like I'm a point of having a nervous breakdown. Good ideas for dealing with stress?
