If you were a member, would you consider working harassment?
Unfortunately, no law has been opposed to them. That is the intimidation of the causes of a hostile work environment. And the work to prove harassment / bullying is very difficult in the courts. Being bullied leads to health problems such as diseases heart disease, stroke, and long-term stress.
I totally would make illegal. In fact, treat the same issue for over a year from my last job. I even had an investigation on this subject with RA, which was essentially nothing, except the pattern of retaliation. Still I have nightmares here. No one should have to be treated that way, especially in a business environment.
